Onboarding custom domain partial outage
Resolved - [17:25 CEST] We are investigating elevated error rates on client-branded onboarding domains. Visitors to these domains may see an error page instead of the onboarding form. The spektr platform is operating normally.

[17:55 CEST] We have identified the cause. A change to our hosting infrastructure replaced the network entry point serving the onboarding application, and branded onboarding domains were still configured to use the previous one. We are reconfiguring the affected domains now. The spektr platform, the shared onboarding domain and our APIs are unaffected.

[18:05 CEST] A fix has been applied to all affected domains and error rates have returned to zero. We are monitoring to confirm the recovery holds.

[18:15 CEST] All branded onboarding domains have been serving normally with a zero error rate for a sustained period. This incident is resolved. Requests to these domains failed for approximately 44 minutes; any onboarding form submitted during the window was not received and will need to be resubmitted. No data was lost, altered or exposed, and no other spektr service was affected.
